4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL UK).

  • Letterman Jackets LTD is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund as per your choice.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
