All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse, and free standard shipping is offered on all orders — no hidden charges.

- Handling time: (2-3) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
- Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
- Hours: Available (Mon To Fri) 9:00 AM To 6:00 PM
Estimated delivery time within the United Kingdom:
7–10 (Mon To Fri) business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery may take longer during holidays or in remote locations.
4. Courier Services
We ship orders using trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, and DHL UK.
All shipments include tracking to ensure your order reaches you securely.

We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been dispatched.

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
Orders placed from outside the UK will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
